One arrested, one at large in Halloween murder case
Murder charges have been filed against two men for the murder of a man in southeast Columbus on October 31 of last year.
It happened during a Halloween party on the 4600 block of Refugee Rd. When officers arrived, they found Brian Woodson (42) suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead shortly after. A witness said they saw him engaged in a fight during the party.
Yesterday, Ray Charles Davis Jr (28) was arrested and charged with the murder of Woodson. Police have a warrant out for Devon Rashad Kyles (20) who is also accused of murdering Woodson. Kyles is at large and considered armed and dangerous.
