Uber/Lyft poser assaults OSU student

Police are asking the community to be on the lookout for a car involved in a sexual assault on Ohio State’s campus over the weekend.

A female student hopped into a car she believed was the Uber/Lyft she hailed on Saturday around 1:30am at the corner of West Lane Avenue and North High Street. The driver assaulted her but she managed to escape, reports The Lantern.

She described the driver as a thin, 6′ Asian male, between 23-27 years old, with black spiked hair.

The vehicle was described as a white, four-door sedan, with a missing hubcab on the driver’s side rear wheel.
