Alleged Worthington creep faces new, creepier charge

The Worthington man originally accused of child enticement is now facing a new charge; public masturbation in front of a minor.

Officially, he’s looking at a felonious count of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.

Allegedly, Jonathan E. Ringel approached two 10-year-old girls in his vehicle and asked them a few questions. One of the girls walked up to his passenger side window and noticed him masturbating.

NBC4i reported that he then asked asked the girls if they wanted to try it.

Ringel will appear in court sometime today.
