Boo-yah: ComFest wins court battle, breasts + booze to coexist

Yesterday, 614NOW reported on the Ohio Liquor Agents’ attempt to bamboozle ComFest. They threatened to shut down alcohol sales if topless women were allowed in the festival.

Well it’s a good day to be from Columbus because now, women are free to party topless at ComFest without legal ramifications! Hooray!

The State has waved a white flag and said they won’t cite ComFest goers for exposing their “nipples or areole” like they planned to.

Don’t mess with ComFest.
