CMH giving a gift to holiday travelers
As a Christmas gift to all of you travelers, John Glenn Columbus International Airport has opened a new parking lot super close to the terminal. It’s called the Walking Lot and, as the name suggests, it’ll be a five minute walk from your vehicle to the airport, no shuttles.
Just think of it as an opportunity to stretch your legs before your behind is suctioned to the seat for your entire flight.
The 296-space lot is located between the parking garages and the Fairfield Inn, reports Columbus Business First. The hope is that this alleviate the congestion that often times takes place in the parking garages on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Rates are as $3 hourly and $11 for each 24 hours.
