Columbus housing market burning up, sell NOW

Two new studies put Columbus in the top 10 hottest housing markets outside the West Coast. Though Realtor.com and Trulia looked at different data, their results both illuminated how badly people want to live in Columbus. And, they’re willing to pay over asking prices to make it happen. These two studies come after Realtor.com ranked Cbus as the fifth-hottest housing market in June. This info is based on how many times people search for homes in the area and how long homes stay listed before selling.

Central Ohio homes are averaging only 37 days on the market–23 days less than the national average–and with the population growing constantly, you best believe tons more people are eyeing that ranch in Worthington you toured yesterday.
