Santa may have a brand new bag, Faizon, but it looks like you won’t get to see what’s inside. Elf actor Faizon Love pleaded no contest to assaulting a valet at John Glenn Columbus International Airport in March.
Love picked up a 24-year-old baggage claim worker from Whitehall by the neck, threw him to the ground, then slammed him into a desk, then chucked him to the ground again.
The Franklin County judge found him guilty of the first degree misdemeanor. Love, 49, was given a suspended sentence of 180 days in the Franklin County jail, as well as $500 fine plus court costs, with $100 suspended. Love will serve two years of community control during which he cannot drink or do drugs.
