Forbes interviews Mayor Ginther on how Cbus is rewriting infrastructure

Forbes shone a spotlight on Columbus for our Smart City initiative and how we Cbusers get around the city. Our very own Mayor Ginther alongside Leonard Brody, creator of “The Great Rewrite” and Nancy Valley, KPMG National Sector Leader, were all interviewed for the short video. All three highlighted Columbus’ continued efforts to make transportation throughout the city breezy for all municipalities.

“What we really want to do is disrupt the way we get around this community,” said Mayor Ginther.

He then talked about the rapid transit line that was installed on Cleveland Ave. in Linden to help residents gain access to “jobs, opportunities, education, fresh fruits and vegetables.” The hope is for this transportation system to be implemented in other areas outside the city.
