Ohio will be seeing an ever so light raise in minimum wage come January 1. A 15 cent raise will mean non-tipped employees will now receive $8.30 and hour and tipped employees will see $4.15.
This will apply to employees of businesses making more than $305,000 per year, according to 10tv. For those businesses that don’t qualify and employees 14 and 15 years old, their minimum raise will remain at $7.25.
Ohio’s minimum wage will continue to increase each year at the same rate as inflation.
