National alternative rock collectives to rock A&F outdoor festival
Abercrombie and Fitch does more than make fitted Ts and pastel polos. They throw an annual bash full of awesome outdoor adventures and this year, alternative entertainment.
Bastille and The Strumbellas will be headlining the 16th annual A&F Challenge. If you’ve never been to the outdoor festival, it may just have to be added to your summer to-do list. They’re hosting a 5k, zip lining, archery, and other camping experiences. It’s held at the Abercrombie & Fitch campus in New Albany which is unexpectedly rural.
The day fest benefits SeriousFun Children’s Network, a global network of camps and programs for kids with serious illnesses and their families. So far in 15 years, A&F Challenge has raised more than $10 million. The “challenge” this year is to raise $3 million and host 5,000 people.
September 8 is the day to listen to great alt music and raise some moolah for kids.
GA tickets are $75. Click here for more info.
