Update: Polaris Chase Bank lockdown lifted after report of man with legal concealed gun
Update: The lockdown was lifted at 12:40 p.m.
Update: Chase Bank on Polaris Parkway went on lockdown after reports of a man carrying a gun surfaced. There was in fact a man carrying a gun but he is a law-abiding concealed carry license holder. He was not threatening anyone. Employees spotted his gun on his waist and became nervous.
There is no immediate threat to the public or employees.
Part of the corporate building is still on lockdown as police sweep it for precautionary measures. It is expected to reopen soon.
Breaking: Chase Bank on Polaris Parkway is on lockdown as police look for an armed man. There have been reports of a man walking around with a gun on his waist.
