Political Car Vandals in West Columbus
Renters in a west Columbus apartment complex woke to much more than just ice on their cars. Vandals had taken to their parked cars, spray painting them in red, yellow and blue.
One car had the word “slave” painted on the driver side while another had “USA” and “Trump” on others.
Sadly, according to the complex the surveillance cameras were unable to view the vandals as they were outside the viewable range.
The owners of the cars were able to clean off the paint due to the snow and ice preventing the paint from sticking and had a message to the vandals, via 10tv.
“I would to say to him please don’t do it, that’s all be a nice citizen be a mature person don’t do this nonsense,” he said.
There are no suspects and the case will not move forward unless new information is provided.
