Ready or not, medical marijuana is coming in about a year. The Ohio Department of Commerce is saving the decision for large growers (24,000 square feet of cultivation) for the coming weeks but they’ve narrowed down the selection of small growers (3,000 square feet of cultivation).

Fourteen applications have been approved but only 12 of those will actually become operational, reports The Dispatch.

One of the grower’s could be in Columbus. It’s called Fire Rock Ltd., and according to Bloomberg, is a company out of Shenzhen, China.
