Reagan Tokes’ Suspected Murderer Under GPS Monitoring
Brian Golsby, the man suspected in the rape and murder of OSU senior Reagan Tokes was apparently under GPS monitoring, according to 10tv.
Golsby is charged with aggravated murder, rape and other counts in regards to the death of 21-year-old Reagan Tokes. He was released from a six year prison sentence in November for attempted rape and kidnapping.
Golsby’s monitoring was due to the his lack of a permanent residence after his prison release according to the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections. According to 10tv, the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that Golsby was “registered as working at Snider Blake Personnel, a Columbus temp agency. Snider Blake declined to answer any questions.”
Authorities have also not ruled out Golsby as the primary suspect in the recent German Village attacks.
