Train Hits & Kills Man near Columbus Convention Center

The Columbus Division of Police is investigating after a man was struck and killed by a southbound train near the Greater Columbus Convention Center.
According to authorities, witnesses said the victim was lying on the tracks as the train approached. The tracks and nearby roads were closed this morning for a few hours while police investigated the incident.
Since the incident this morning police have identified the individual struck and killed as 27-year-old Donta Muldrow.
Columbus Police asks that anyone who may have witnessed Mr. Muldrow before the incident to contact their Homicide Unit at (614) 461-4730.
