Watch: Local trooper loosens up badge to play in puddle

A couple little boys at the Ohio State Fair saw a Highway Patrol trooper in a different light today. The boys were splashing around in a puddle when a trooper, Charmia Berwanger, ran up and joined in. The boys stopped, confused. After encouragement from a woman, all three jumped in the rainwater together.
