Columbus Symphony Hosting a Happy Hour Concert

by Holly Wiencek / Marketing Coordinator

When you’re wondering what’s going on with the 614 music scene, considering checking out what the Columbus Symphony offers at the Ohio Theatre. Join us for Happy Hour: Dance Rhythms with the Columbus Symphony on Thursday, April 6 at 6:30 pm. Doors open at 5:30 pm for the DJ, appetizers, and cash bar before the concert.

This spring, our free Happy Hour concert, Dance Rhythms, features 14-year old piano prodigy, Gavin George. Watch him shine as he showcases his talents in an exploration of Mendelssohn’s Piano Concert No. 1. You’ll also enjoy the colorful sounds of John Adams’ The Chairman Dances: Fox Trot for Orchestra and a few of Dvořák’s energizing and whimsical Slavanic Dances.
