Though the county prosecutor isn’t filing criminal charges in the State Fair ride malfunction case, the lawyer of one of the victims fully intends to push forward with a civil case.
It’s been over a month since the ride broke apart and Keziah Lewis, the 18-year-old who’s boyfriend died in the incident, remains in the hospital.
Her lawyer, Sean Alto, foresaw the ordeal as a civil case all along so he wasn’t surprised when no criminal charges were filed, reports NBC4i.
While Lewis recovers, Alto will push forward with the lawsuit.[symple_button url=”http://nbc4i.com/2017/08/31/lawyers-for-ohio-state-fair-accident-victim-ready-to-move-forward-with-lawsuit/” color=”black” button_target=”_self”]Read more[/symple_button]
