Ohio lethal injection up for reconsideration

After being deemed unconstitutional last month, lethal injection in Ohio is back up for reconsideration.

Ohio has 32 scheduled executions over the next four years and are looking for grounds to proceed with them. The 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati will be the one to hear Ohio’s case for the procedure.
