Express Inc. moving into downtown offices

Today, Express, the Columbus-based company announced that it will be putting offices and a photography studio downtown.

Express will occupy the 20,000-square-foot building at 235 N Fourth St. where Weisheimer Vaccuum used to be.

Express will occupy all three floors of the building. Part the space will be used for creative office space for staff and the other part will work as a photography studio.

Capital Equities will be manning the project. Renovations to the 100+-year-old building include exposing brick walls that had been covered up, refinishing wood floors, and redoing the rooftop (which will be used by Express in the future).

This is just one piece of a project puzzle Capitol Equities has taken on on Fourth St. Some of their other projects include a new rooftop events facility at The Smith Bros.’ Hardware building and 15,000-square-foot retail center that host Cosecha restaurant, the Royal Rhino Club barber shop, and Drunch, an eatery and bar that has not yet opened.
