#Fit614: 9Round offers drenching workouts round the clock

If you’re looking for a quick 30-minute workout that will drench you in sweat — I’ve got one for you!
9Round is a boxing focused workout where you go through 9 rounds of different workouts in a 30 minute time limit. In between each round is a minute of active rest which varies between crunches, pushups, plank jacks, etc.
One thing that stands out about 9Round is that they don’t have any class times. You can go in anytime they’re open (8am-8pm) and start your 30 minute workout. No matter when you start you workout, a trainer will be with you, walking you through the motions to make sure you’re nailing them all.
Having a trainer by your side through the workout helps focus on “form first and power second,” the 9Round motto that owner Anka lives by. Having the correct form helps prevent injuries and targets the correct muscles.
