#FitColumbus – Leilah Saadi

Leilah Saadi is a CBUS yogi who you can find leaning, bending, and twisting all over the city. She teaches classes at Thank Yoga Studio as well as Yoga Six.
Here is a list of her three favorite yoga posses and why:
- Standing Forward Fold – I love this pose to lengthen the spine and release tension in the hamstrings
- Warrior 2 – a challenging pose that builds heat and open the hips
- Downward facing dog – it truly begins to capture the essence of what an inversion feels like
