I-71 Closed After Semi Hits a Person

The Ohio Department of Transportation says I-71 north and south is closed from Stringtown Road to Route 665 after a Semi-truck hit someone.

I-71 south was closed for emergency vehicles and is expected to open soon, according to ODOT.

One person, the person hit by the semi, was transported to a nearby hospital, according to Grove City Police.

No additional information was immediately available.
