Ohio Changing Rules for Medical Marijuana Dispensaries

Ohio medical marijuana regulators have eased up on proposed restrictions that would limit and restrict how dispensaries operate.

The move comes after the Ohio Board of Pharmacy received public comments on its first draft of rules for dispensaries.

Here are the new proposed rules, which are up for public comment until March 24.
