If you’ve been looking for a sign to crack open a nice hardback lately, this is it.

It’s National Read a Book Day and we think it would also be a good excuse to patronize a local book shop.

Here are some places around the town to score new adventures on paper:

The OG bookstore in Columbus. Carve out many, many hours to enjoy the 32-room labyrinth in German Village.

Read it Again

But let’s not forget all these beloved shops that did not stand the test of time:

  • Walden Books in Westland Mall
  • Beehive Books in Delaware
  • Little Professor on Lane Avenue
  • Acorn Bookshop in Grandview
