Expect more, pay less at New Albany’s new store

A national department store with a wide reach in central Ohio is taking aim at another local neighborhood.

Target will open a 125,000-square-foot store in at Hamilton Quarter near New Albany next year at the intersection of Hamilton Road and Rt. 161.

Columbus Business First reports this will be the chain’s 16th store with the most recent one being on Ohio State University’s campus.

The store will have a modern design and offer customers a specialty beauty section, online order pickup, and more.
