German Village Max & Erma’s to become coworking space with a twist

What was once a popular neighborhood gathering place will now become a new gathering place less about appetizers and free cookie Wednesdays and more about deadlines and evening cocktails.

The old Max & Erma’s in German Village is slated to become a coworking space by day and bar by night.

Columbus Business First reports a coworking space called Kollektiv is moving into the space at 739 S. 3rd St.

The twist of this coworking office is that in the evenings, it will convert to a neighborhood bar.

According to a press release per CBF, the shared offices will have a relaxed feel with multiple seating options, conference rooms, and more.

No details about the bar have been released.
