Milo-Grogan neighborhood slated for a little TLC
One of Columbus’ older neighborhood is getting a long overdue breath of new life. Ground will be broken in the Milo-Grogan neighborhood later this year to make way for a 192-unit apartment building.
The complex will be located at the intersection of Reynolds and Cleveland Avenues and consist of eight three-story buildings.
The hope is that this new complex will bring new interest to the Milo-Grogan neighborhood while simultaneously offering residents new homes (did we mention the pool?) located only steps from the Short North and a stone’s throw from Downtown.
While this new development is expected to bring wealth to the community, the Area Commission will work to ensure established residents—even the elderly folks on fixed-incomes—will not be forced out.
The project will begin in late 2018, with projected units to show in 2019. To find out more, visit ABC6.
