Residents raising concerns over developers raising tallest UA building
Plans for a mixed-use development along Lane Avenue called the Arlington Gateway are moving forward despite some road bumps from UA residents.
The 11-story building will include 27,000 square feet of retail space (restaurant and bank use), office space, more than 200 apartments, and a seven-story garage.
This would be the tallest structure in Upper Arlington.

Developers say the project could bring million of dollars in tax revenue to the city.
While the Upper Arlington City Council voted to move forward with plans, some residents aren’t on board.
Many people voiced their concerns about the development’s impact on traffic, pedestrian safety and the impact it could have on the overall character of Upper Arlington at the city council meeting Monday, reports NBC4i.
A traffic study will be done prior to construction.
