Spanish-style apartment complex opens in Short North
Valencia on High, a complex that’s name and architecture is a nod to Valencia, Spain, will welcome its first tenants this weekend.
The building at 1055 N High St. offers 35 small one-bedroom apartments that range from just under $1,000 to $1,650 a month.
Units include sliding barn doors for the bedroom, quartz counters, floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, chrome finishes, USB outlets, in-unit laundry and a splendid view of Victorian and Italian villages, reports Columbus Dispatch.
And, of course, terra cotta paneling like the rooftops in Valencia, Spain.
