Brekkie Shack will lease 2,500 square feet for their bar/restaurant plus an outdoor patio space. Brekkie Shack will serve breakfast, brunch, and lunch to accompany their specialty drink menu

Columbus Business First reports this is an original restaurant concept.

My Salon Suite will be leasing 5,400 square feet of space to offer customers hair, nail, massage, and spa services.

This is the Columbus location for the 60+ store chain.

Lastly, Janney Montgomery Scott LLC will lease 3,600 square feet for their full-service wealth management firm.

Columbus Business First reports is a 125-acre, two-story, 32,000-square-foot mixed-use development project located at 1125 Yard St.

The building has 123 apartments on the upper floors with no vacancies.
