Wolf’s Ridge ups the ante with two expansion announcements

Five years into operation, Wolf’s Ridge Brewing is making some moves. They’ve announced a twofold expansion, the first being to their brewhouse.

WRB will be adding 60 barrels, adding four new fermenter tanks which will be visible through the windows in the dining room.

The second fold will be more elaborate; a renovation of the 3,700-square-foot space adjacent to the dining room. This room described by WRB as “bare-bones” will be transformed into an 120-person events space with a full kitchen.

Similar to the aesthetic of the dining room, the events space will be urban with an open design and plenty of bright light. The drinks will be extra tasty as they’re slung over a beautiful marble-faced bar.

Look for the new space to be ready to host by fall 2018.
