The wait for Urban Meyer’s fate at the Ohio State University will finally be over sometime after 9am tomorrow.

OSU President Michal Drake will make the final decision at the university’s board of trustees public meeting tomorrow at 9am.

The decision will follow an independent six-member investigation into Meyer’s handling of allegations of domestic abuse against a former assistant coach that was scheduled to wrap up on Friday but didn’t end until Sunday.

“The investigative team will verbally share its findings to the board (Monday) in an informational briefing,” the school said in a release sent Monday afternoon, per Columbus Business First.

OSU football receivers coach Zach Smith was fired last month after his ex-wife accused him of domestic violence.

Meyer was placed on paid administrative leave on August 1 after the university discovered Meyer publicly lied about his knowledge of abuse allegations against Smith in 2015.
