Columbus must be eating its fruits and vegetables because the growth just won’t quit!
The U.S. Census Bureau released data revealing that of the 15 largest populations of 50,000 or more, Columbus experienced the 8th largest numeric increase between July 1, 2016 and July 1, 2017.
No other midwestern city ranked in the top 15.
Our outstanding growth put Columbus at the 14th most populous city as of July 1, 2017.
To no one’s surprise, cities like New York, LA, Chicago, Philadelphia, and Dallas were ranked higher.
What do you make of Columbus’ rapid growth? Is it good for the city? Do you want everyone to get gone? Let us know in the comments below!
