Parking Probs: City Council laid down new law, will it help?

Columbus City Council members laid down the parking laws in Columbus last night.
Members approved a new rule stating cars must be moved from any city street after 72 hours.
If a car is not moved 75 feet after 72 hours, it will be ticketed with a $30 fine.
