All-Ohio restaurant plants hoof in Dublin, opens Monday
ATTN carnivores: An Ohio-based burger chain is making its first hoof print here in Columbus. The Rail has found success in Akron, Canton, North Olmsted, and Strongsville and are having a go in Dublin. They held soft openings this week but are officially open for business Monday, February 26.
Located at 5839 Frantz Road, the new Dublin store will be the first freestanding location in the chain. Patio-dwellers will be able to bask in the four-seasons outdoor area and enjoy breeze from the open garage doors on nice days.
The Rail offers all-Ohio burgers, all-Ohio beer, and according to their website, all-Ohio camaraderie. Ingredients from beef to ice cream are sourced locally and bar specials will be rolling from Happy Hour and beyond.
“Once we open, be sure to check out our Happy Hour Menu, which includes $1 off #AllOhio Drafts &Craft Cocktails, $4 House Wines and even some Happy Hour Appetizer Specials, Monday-Friday from 3-6 p.m,” wrote The Rail on Facebook. “Even better, we’ve got Daily Bar Specials for you too, including $4 Bloody Marys & Mimosas on Sundays, $5 Watershed Distillery Mules on Thursdays and more.”
Best practice: Rail Executive Chef Mike Hawks’ favorite menu item is the Crouching Burger (Hidden Bacon)— Ohio thick-cut bacon, pork shoulder, crispy wonton, rail sauce.
