The Cooking Channel spotlights local Filipino gem

A local restaurant dedicated to celebrating Filipino food and culture got some airtime on The Cooking Channel.

Bonifacio was featured on Tuesday’s episode of “Burgers, Brew & ‘Que.”

The episode is currently only available to people with cable subscriptions, but will soon be open to the public to view.

The Filipino Asado Pork Belly Buns and Guava Stuffed French Toast bites were the stars of the episode with a special cameo from Land-Grant Brewing.
