Kickstarter spotlight: Local author needs final 8%

When you’re young, it’s difficult to imagine what career path you’ll take. One local author is working to make that task a bit easier.

“When I Grow Up,” written by Columbus resident Casey Bowers, is a children’s book that uses simple rhyme, playful illustration, and a picture window wheel to help kids visualize themselves in lots of different careers using their own photos.

Bowers needs your help to get the book off the ground.

The goal is $6,5000 and so far, the project is 92% funded.

Consider giving it the final boost and receive cool book memorabilia gifts!
