Clubby hotel planned for Easton

A hotel company with a fleet of 140 across the world is looking to set up shop in Easton.

Aloft is described as the “next generation of hotel, using technology and design to enhance experiences and move at the pace of our guests,” according to its website. The rooms are modern and vibrant, much like the rest of the interior. The bar has more of a club feel and hosts live concerts.

The Easton Aloft is proposed as a five-story, 136-unit, 109,000-square-foot facility on the northeast corner of Alston and Easton Loop East. There will also be 5,000 square feet of restaurant space, reports This Week News.
