Will Planet Oasis’ esports arena be virtual or actual reality?

The developers of the gigantic entertainment complex planned for Delaware county released more insight into their $10 million esports arena addition.

New Albany-based Blue Horsehoe Ventures Ltd. and is anticipating the facility to include a 50-foot LED wall, VIP lounges and exhibition show matches, as well as a broadcast center and production studio, and food and cocktail bar options, reports Columbus Business First.


It’ll also showcase up-and-coming technologies in gaming, including 8K projection, artificial intelligence, and virtual reality.

The goal is for the esports arena to attract both local and national game competitors and fans.

Naples, Florida-based investment group Peninsula Lifestyle Capital will oversee this project, expected to start being built by the end of the year and open in the first quarter of 2020, reports Columbus Business First.
