Ambrose and Eve is a chef owned and driven restaurant opening late November of 2018. We will be operating a from scratch kitchen, focusing on dinner party food, which will be updated with modern techniques and new ingredients. The menu will change frequently, based on season, and inspiration.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized, able to work and maintain a clean station, assist chefs with ordering and inventory, is able to interact positively with subordinates, and take direction when needed. We are a teaching kitchen, so patience will be required. Must have a minimum of four years kitchen experience and two years in kitchen management.
