Urban Meyer squaring up to become Fox Sports analyst
Though Urban Meyer is officially retired, you may still be seeing him on college game days.
According to Sporting News, the former Ohio State football head coach is nearing a deal to be an analyst with Fox Sports.
Reportedly, Meyer has been given the choice to work either as a color commentator (a person, usually a former athlete or coach, who assists the main commentator by filling time when a play is not in progress) in the game booth or as a studio analyst.

If everything goes through, this will be his second time as an analyst. Meyer spent the 2011 season working for ESPN after hanging it up as the head coach at Florida.
Meyer has not made any comments on the deal.
After announcing his retirement, Meyer agreed to an assistant athletic director position and teaching position at OSU.
