The Columbus bar scene is about to get a big boost of imagination.
Law Bird, the brainchild of the first female winner of Bombay Sapphire’s Most Imaginative Bartender Annie Williams-Pierce and her husband Luke, is a the latest watering hole set to land in the Brewery District.
With a focus on wine, cocktails, and snacks, Law Bird joins nearby Antiques on High and Ambrose and Eve at 740 S High street.
BROUGHT TO YOU BY
This is the latest concept from the couple/business team, who are the duo behind Four Thieves: Thirst Parlour: a pop-up cocktail class and events group that has been serving the Columbus drink scene for years.
Ahead of their open, the pair are looking to their fans and the community in the form of crowdfunding efforts on Indiegogo to raise additional funds to keep the launch on schedule.
Incentives include t-shirts, wine openers, and tote bags, as well as some one-on-one learning opportunities with the two owners themselves.
According to a press release, the owners hope Law Bird will be a place for the wine enthusiast to discover new bottles, or for those new to wine to discover their enthusiasm for the category. To stay up to date on all the latest, visit https://www.lawbirdbar.com/.
