Chipotle-style Moroccan restaurant freshening up Morse Road
If you’re sick of white rice, black beans, chicken, cheese, and sour cream bowls covered in foil lids, Northland could be your destination for different.
A new Chipotle-style Moroccan restaurant called Couscous House just opened at 1611 Morse Road, offering a fresh and unique approach to the build-your-own-bowl concept.
The foundation of the bowls and namesake of the restaurant is couscous, a chewy, pasta-like starch made of wheat or barley. At Couscous House, customers have the choice of two types of house-prepared couscous—whole wheat and a standard version—that are soaked and steamed three times for the perfect consistency, reports This Week News.
