A brand new concept to debut inside Budd Dairy Food Hall once it opens is giving curious customers a sneak peek of its menu.

Tacos Rudos, one of the nine kitchens to occupy Cameron Mitchell’s rotating kitchen concept, will roll out a few of its menu offerings tonight during a pop-up at Bonifacio.

Al Pastor, Asada, Vegano, and “the best fish tacos in town” are among the items to be previewed tonight, according to the Facebook event.

Bonifacio will be mixing in some pairings during the pop-up, as well.

Tacos Rudos will open their first location in early 2020 at Budd Dairy Food Hall, along with Bonifacio, Borgata Pizza Cafe, Pokebap, Cousins Maine Lobster, The Modern Southern Table, Alphabetical Food Truck & Catering, Stauf’s Coffee Roasters, and Darista Dips.
