In the midst of a nationwide health-conscious movement, a new “nutrient-dense” restaurant has opening in Upper Arlington.

Yesterday, SOW Plated held their grand opening at 1625 W Lane Avenue in the Shops on Lane. SOW is founded on three pillars: sustainability, organic offerings, and wellness. The menu offers a rotating selection of local and seasonal vegetables, sandwiches, pitas, burgers, ratatouille, seafood, and pastas, salads, juices, desserts, cold brew, kombucha, cold pressed cocktails, and wine.

“SOW Plated is a made-from-scratch health inspired restaurant concept built on a flavor-forward menu that rotates regularly allowing guests to experience local food ingredients at their peak of freshness,” according to SŌW’s website.

SOW Plated is open from 11:00 AM- 10:00 PM Monday through Thursday, 11:00 AM- 11:00 PM Friday and Saturday, and 11:00 AM- 9:00 PM Sunday.
