In the midst of a nationwide health-conscious movement, a new “nutrient-dense” restaurant has opening in Upper Arlington.
Yesterday, SOW Plated held their grand opening at 1625 W Lane Avenue in the Shops on Lane. SOW is founded on three pillars: sustainability, organic offerings, and wellness. The menu offers a rotating selection of local and seasonal vegetables, sandwiches, pitas, burgers, ratatouille, seafood, and pastas, salads, juices, desserts, cold brew, kombucha, cold pressed cocktails, and wine.
