Short North welcomes new player in brunch game

After a couple months of serving happy hour and dinner, a new Short North establishment will opening its doors for brunch.

SeeSaw, recently opened by James Beard Award-winning Chef Jonathon Sawyer, will be bringing its distinctive modern American fare to the early afternoon hours beginning this weekend.

Brunch will be offered Saturday and Sunday from 10am- 3pm. Below are just a few menu standouts you can expect:

Brunch Plates
Skillet Pancake: cornbread, blackberry, cinnamon sugar, fro-yo
Chicken Biscuit: seriously good fried chicken, pickles, gravy
Benny: blue oven muffin, country ham, whipped hollandaise


Eggmmuffin: country sausage, folded egg, cheddar, blue oven muffin
Brunch Burger: cheddar, bacon, egg, mayo
Beyond Burger: veganaise, crudite

For the Table
S’more Fritters: graham cracker, marshmallow, peanut butter
Simply the Best Chicken Wings: with sauce options including GHT, triple garlic parm, buffalo, and bbq brulee 
Wood Fired Padron Peppers: “like shishito but better”

Brunch Cocktails
Espresso Martini: vanilla vodka, espresso vodka, kamora, creme de coca, shot of espresso, cream
Aperol Screwdriver: aperol, vodka, orange juice
Adult Iced Coffee: Hoof Hearted nitro brew, vanilla vodka, godiva dark, creme de cocoa, cream, chocolate
