Authentic ramen restaurant in Dublin shuttering next week

An authentic Japanese Ramen restaurant in Dublin will be closing its doors soon.

Menya Ramen, located at 331 W Bridge St., will be shuttering on January 13.

We would like to thank you for your support and loyalty over the past years,” wrote Menya on Facebook.

A reason for the closure was not provided.

Menya Ramen opened in the fall of 2015, specializing in Tonkotsu, Shoyu (soy sauce), Miso, and Tsukemen ramen.

“It’s hands-down the most authentically umami ramen in Columbus,” wrote local foodie @followthefood of Menya’s Black Tonkotsu Ramen in (614) Magazine. “Not only are the noodles slurp-worthy, but the savory broth is perfectly balanced by their house roasted black garlic sauce. Complemented with succulent pork belly and a soft-boiled soy sauce egg, this dish consistently tops my list.”
