Trouble at Tree Bar: Cancellation raises questions

Weird news out of beloved Columbus music venue Tree Bar (formerly Andyman’s Treehouse) this weekend, as a planned Saturday show was apparently cancelled by the venue with no notice given to would-be performers. This snippet from the event Facebook page tells the tale:

Obviously, “something bad” is a little vague. Has Columbus lost another venue for live local music, or will Tree Bar live to swing another day? For now, upcoming shows are still listed on the Tree Bar website, which is promising.
