We all know that pi (π) is the ratio of a circle’s diameter to its circumference–approximately 3.14. This is basic information that we all rely on each day of our lives (coughsarcasmcough). What you may not know is that March 14 (or 3/14) marks the annual celebration of everyone’s favorite mathematical constant known as Pi Day.

While pi may be an irrational number, there’s nothing irrational about the deals and discounts you can score this year as various companies celebrate Pi Day. Join us as we slice into everything coming your way!

Blaze Pizza (1708 N High St) will celebrate Pi Day by serving up their custom built pizzas for just $3.14 each. The only catch: the deal is only available through the Blaze Pizza smartphone app.

BJ’s Brewhouse (Multiple locations) is rocking special $3.14 mini one-topping pizzas for dine in customers.

Mellow Mushroom (multiple locations) is tossing small cheese pizzas for just $3.14 with any pizza purchase at participating locations! Hurry, deal ends today!

Hungry Howie’s (multiple locations) is celebrating Pi Day with one topping, medium pizzas for $3.14 with the purchase of any bread item at the regular menu price, using the code “19PI.” The deal only applies to carryout, but is good all week through Thursday at participating locations.

Whole Foods (multiple locations) Is offering the somewhat arbitrary discount of $2.00 on take-and-bake pizzas for Pi Day, but knocks the proper $3.14 off of their dessert pie offerings.

Kroger (multiple locations) has fruit, sweet potato, pumpkin, and no sugar-added pies for $3.14 on Pi Day, a discount of up to 70 percent off the regular price.

Market District Kingsdale (3061 Kingsdale Center) 8 inch pies are $3.14 on 3/14. The deal applies to Apple, Cherry, and Pumpkin pies from the Bakery, among other flavors.

Schneiders Bakery (6 S State St., Westerville) nab a fresh baked slice of pie for one measly dollar with Schneider’s Pi Day special. Flavor selection: Apple, Cherry, Peach, and Schneiderberry.

Too stuffed to take full advantage of all these deals? UberEats has you covered. From March 13 through March 17, use the promo code “PIDAY19” for $3.14 off all pizza deliveries placed through the app.

For those who just can’t get enough of this math-based pseudo-holiday, head down to The Walrus (143 E. Main St.) on 3/14 for a Pi Day Bash. From 6:00 to 8:00pm, The Walrus’ Pi Day celebration will feature pie-related brews from Wolf’s Ridge, a pi-reciting contest, and a raffle to win, what else, a free pie.
